We install chargers for hotels, garages and car parks, new builds, apartment buildings and company cars, with a MID meter at every spot and load management, and the quote comes with a technical description of the works. A charging spot costs 39.000 or 104.000 RSD incl. VAT, with basic installation next to the distribution board, and the calculator gives a rough price for the whole property.

The basics are the same everywhere: a MID meter at every spot, load management and monthly statements. What differs is the number of spots and who pays for the electricity.

Guests charge overnight at 11 kW, and the MID meter shows what each spot costs you at the price on your electricity bill.

For garage operators, business centers and owners of rental garages: each user pays for electricity by their own meter.

Car parks with a barrier near airports, stations and in city centers: cars charge while parked, and a MID meter records each spot’s usage.

We run a cable route and install a junction box at every space while the building is under construction. Apartment buyers order a charger later, at the kit price.

We provide templates for the residents’ assembly and handle statements by MID meter. Only residents who join pay, and it costs the building nothing.

Buyers who live in apartment buildings ask where they’ll charge before they even buy. We contact the buyers you refer to us within 48 hours.

Company cars charge at the employee’s home or in the company parking lot, and with a subscription you get a monthly statement for each spot.
The calculator adds up the charging spots and the shared infrastructure for your property, incl. VAT. You get the exact price in the quote after the site assessment.

A certified meter measures each spot’s consumption. Everyone pays for what they used, at the price on the bill, with no markup.
Chargers draw only the power that’s available and don’t interfere with other consumption, so an increase in approved power often isn’t needed.
At the assessment we tell you exactly what applies to your property; we provide the technical description of the works and the as-built documentation, and the property owner obtains the approval, if one is needed. For apartment buildings we also provide templates for the residents’ assembly.
Licensed electricians install to our standard, and a licensed company inspects the shared infrastructure.
With a subscription, you get a statement for every spot each month — for your accounting or for cost pass-through (re-invoicing). Statements are also available in your Moj Evolako account.
You can prepare spaces in advance with a cable route and junction box, and add chargers as demand grows.
The price of a spot equals the kit price, and the shared infrastructure depends on the property.
Send us a few words about the property: the city, the number of spots and where the distribution board is. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Based on photos of the distribution board and the parking area, plus an electricity bill, we give you an estimated price.
We check the distribution board, the approved power and the route to the parking spot. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
The quote includes the price for each spot, the shared infrastructure and the timeline. If a power increase is needed, you file the request with EDS, and we list the cost per the EDS price list as a separate line item.
Installing one spot takes one working day. After that, the MID meter measures each spot’s consumption, and with a subscription you get a monthly statement.
Submit your building’s address. Once five residents from the same address sign up, we assess the garage and prepare a quote for the whole building.

No. You pay your electricity supplier on your own bill, and the MID meter measures each spot’s consumption. Statements use the price on your bill, with no markup.
Often not, because load management distributes the existing power across all the chargers. If an increase is needed after all, you file the request with EDS, the grid operator, and pay per its price list; we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total.
No. The kit works without it, and the 2-year warranty applies either way. The subscription gives you a monthly statement for each spot in PDF and CSV, a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment.
On request. For overnight charging and charging during the workday, 11 kW is enough; 22 kW makes sense where a car stays for 1–3 hours and can itself accept 22 kW. A DC charger is a separate project with a new grid connection.
One working day per spot. In an apartment building, including the residents’ assembly decision, the whole process takes 4–10 weeks; for larger properties, we put the timeline in the quote.
