How we process personal data on the evolako.rs website — and the terms of use of the site. Contact: hello@evolako.com.

Data controller: Evolako (“Evolako”, “we”). Contact: hello@evolako.com. The business name, registered address, registration number and tax number will be added once the business is registered.

This policy explains what personal data we collect on evolako.rs, in My Evolako (app.evolako.rs) and in the Evolako app, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection (“ZZPL”).

1. Which data we collect

Data you leave us yourself (contact form, quiz, message): name, phone number, e-mail if you enter one, city, street and number if you enter them, and the quiz answers (type of parking, car, planned timing).

Request from a business or building: your name, company or property name, phone number, email if you enter it, city, number of spots, message and the calculator estimate if you send it. We use them only to reply to the request and prepare a quote.

Building sign-up (the Sign up your building page): the building address (street, number, city, entrance or apartment), answers about parking, your role and car, your name, phone number and email if you enter it. Only the number of sign-ups per address is shown publicly — never names or contact details. When five residents of the same address sign up, we contact them to arrange a garage assessment; sign-ups that don't reach five are deleted after 12 months.

Data from our communication: the content of messages we exchange by e-mail, by phone or through Viber / WhatsApp / Telegram (those applications have their own privacy terms as well).

Technical visit data — without cookies: which page you opened, where you came from, device and browser type, country and loading speed. Cloudflare Web Analytics records it in aggregate only, without tracking individuals. When you send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it was sent by a person, not a bot.

Statistics and ads — only with your permission: if you click “Allow” in the cookie bar, the site loads Google Analytics (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta). They record which pages you open, where you came from, your device and browser, and the fact that you sent a form or completed the quiz — without your name, phone number or email. If you click “Decline” or don’t choose anything, none of this loads.

My Evolako (app.evolako.rs) and the app: the email address you sign in with using a code (there is no password), your name and details of your charging spot, requests, statements and settings, as well as the consents you have given or withdrawn.

The Evolako Letter — charging tips by email, once a month: your email address, language, where the sign-up came from (for example, the quiz), the version of the consent text, the time of sign-up and confirmation, and a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, as proof of consent.

2. Why and on what basis

Replying to an enquiry and booking an assessment — steps taken at your request before a contract is concluded, and our legitimate interest in replying.

Contract, installation and billing — performance of the contract and legal obligations (accounting, fiscal regulations).

Cookie-free visit statistics and protecting forms from bots — our legitimate interest in keeping the site reliable and seeing what is useful to people; we don’t track individuals. Marketing messages — only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel — your consent. You can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer; withdrawal doesn’t affect processing before it.

We send the Evolako Letter only with your consent: a sign-up counts only once you confirm it with the button in the email we send you, and you can unsubscribe with one click in every letter. We use the data in your My Evolako account to provide the service you ask for.

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not sell data — to anyone, ever.

3. How long we keep it

Enquiries without a concluded contract — no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Contract data — as long as tax and accounting regulations require. At your request we delete it earlier as well, if there is no legal obligation to keep it.

An unconfirmed sign-up to the Evolako Letter is deleted after 30 days; after you unsubscribe we keep only the record of the consent and the unsubscribe, as proof. We keep your account until you delete it — you can do that yourself: in the Evolako app, in My Evolako or at app.evolako.rs/obrisi-nalog.

We keep Google Analytics statistics for 14 months; Meta keeps pixel data under its own rules.

4. Who else processes the data

Trusted processors that provide services to us: website hosting and form handling (Webflow), cookie-free visit statistics, form protection from bots and forwarding of new enquiries (Cloudflare), the database and sign-in for My Evolako (Supabase, server in the EU — Frankfurt), anonymous usage statistics of the app (PostHog, EU region — Frankfurt), sending emails and the Evolako Letter (Resend, EU region — Ireland), email (Spaceship) and internal notification of our team about a new enquiry (Telegram). Some processors process data outside Serbia; the transfer is carried out with the safeguards provided by the ZZPL (countries with an adequate level of protection, or standard contractual clauses).

Only if you allow cookies: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel). They may also process data outside Serbia, including in the US; transfers rely on the safeguards in their contractual terms.

The charger map (evolako.rs/mapa-punjaca) loads the map background from OpenFreeMap, the MapLibre library from jsDelivr and charger data from blokvolt.rs. Your browser fetches content from them, so they see your IP address and browser details, as with any page load; we don't receive that data. The “Near me” button uses your location only in your browser and doesn't send it to us — the map then loads the background for that area.

“Chargers on the way” on the map looks up the places you type in Photon (photon.komoot.io, Komoot GmbH, Germany) and calculates the route in OSRM on the FOSSGIS e.V. server (routing.openstreetmap.de, Germany). Your browser sends those services the text you type and the two points of the route, and if you leave the starting point empty — your location as the starting point; they also see your IP address, and FOSSGIS keeps routes in its logs. We neither receive nor keep any of it. The services are called only when you start typing or press “Show chargers”.

In the Evolako app for Android the phone downloads the map background directly from OpenFreeMap, in the same way; the app gets charger data from our server. If you sign in with your Google account, Google confirms your identity under its own privacy terms.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification and completion, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it). Send your request to hello@evolako.com — we reply without delay, within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe that we are not processing data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection: Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs.

6. Cookies

Without your permission the site uses no analytics or marketing cookies. In your browser we store only what the site needs to work — for example your chosen language and currency, the referral code if you entered one, and your cookie choice (12 months). If you click “Allow”, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (up to 13 months) and the Meta Pixel sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies (up to 90 days). You can change or withdraw your choice via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

7. The Evolako app for Android

The charger map, kits, calculator and FAQ in the app work without an account and without entering any data. Here is what the app processes — and when.

Assessment request. When you send a request from the app, we receive what you entered: your name, phone number or email, city and type of parking spot and, if you add them, your address, chosen kit, car, comment and referral code. The request also carries a random installation identifier — it lets you see your requests on the same phone without an account.

Sign-in and account. You sign in with a code we send to your email (there is no password) or, when that option is turned on, with your Google account. With Google you pick the account in the phone's system dialog; the app receives a proof of identity from Google with your email address and Google account identifier (and your name, if Google sends it) and passes it only to our server to sign you in. We never see your Google password. Your sign-in data is kept on the phone encrypted with a key from the system key store (Android Keystore); the app's data is not included in the phone's backups.

If you have an Evolako charging point. Your account keeps what you set or send yourself: the point's name, the night charging schedule, the prices from your electricity bill, session tags, problem reports and move requests (text, new address, preferred date), meter readings, your language and display currency, and the consents you gave or withdrew.

Photos. You choose the photo of the meter or the photo for a problem report yourself — with the system photo picker or the phone's camera; the app has no camera permission and no access to your gallery. Before sending, we redraw the photo, so the file carries no location, phone model or capture time.

Location and the map. We ask for location permission only when you tap “Find me” or “Nearest charger”, and only while the app is open. Your coordinates are not sent to us or to statistics. The phone downloads the map background directly from OpenFreeMap: in doing so it sees your IP address and the part of the map you are viewing — after “Find me” that is your surroundings — like any map service; we do not receive that data.

Anonymous statistics and error reports. While “Anonymous usage statistics” is on (Settings; you can turn it off at any time, also without an account), the app records which screens and buttons you use — without your name, contact details, location or anything you type — with a random identifier that is not linked to your account. If the app crashes or freezes, it also sends a technical report: where in the code the error happened, the app and Android versions and the phone model — without the error message text, your email or personal data. The statistics are processed by PostHog (EU region — Frankfurt), through our server, which removes the IP address first; error reports are kept on our server. The app contains no advertising or tracking tools and does not use the advertising ID.

Notifications, widgets and the app lock. Notifications are created by the app itself on the phone (reminders, charging in progress); we do not use notification delivery services. Widgets show what the app has already downloaded and stored on the phone. The app lock uses the system check of your fingerprint, face or screen lock: the app gets only the answer “confirmed” or “not”, and never sees or stores biometric data.

Deleting your account. You delete the account yourself: in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or without the app, at app.evolako.rs/obrisi-nalog. We delete the account and profile, the personal details in your assessment requests, and your photos; statements and payment records stay with the payer's name only, for as long as Serbia's Law on Accounting requires. Data about the charging point itself (installation address, sessions, meter readings, service history) stays with the point, no longer linked to your account. On the phone, your sign-in data, the cache and prepared files (PDF, CSV) are deleted at the same time.

8. Changes

We update the policy as needed; the current version is always on this page. Effective from: 14.10.2026.

Terms of use

1. About the site

The evolako.rs website is run by Evolako (“Evolako”); registration details will be added once the business is registered. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. The informative nature of the content

The content of the site is informative. Prices are stated in dinars incl. VAT and are indicative until the on-site assessment confirms them; obligations arise only when a contract is concluded. The quiz and the calculator give an estimate based on the data entered and average tariffs — the actual saving depends on consumption, tariffs and charging habits.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, logo and the Evolako mark are protected. Copying for commercial purposes without written consent is not permitted.

4. Permitted use

It is not permitted to disrupt the operation of the site, to download content automatically in bulk, or to send false enquiries.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for damage arising from temporary unavailability of the site or from the content of external links.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy (above).

7. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; the version in force is always on this page. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies; the court in Novi Sad has jurisdiction over disputes. In force from: 24.07.2026.

Home EV charging for apartment residents — installation, dedicated meter, exact monthly billing.
