Openly, with VAT and basic installation next to the distribution board: START (reinforced socket + MID meter) — 39.000 RSD; WALLBOX 11 kW — from 94.000 RSD (with a MID meter 104.000); Wallbox Plus with 4G — from 115.000 RSD; Wallbox Premium — 155.000 RSD; installation of your own charger — from 24.000 RSD; the ZGRADA kit for 2–6 spots — from 96.000 RSD per spot. RCD protection, a breaker and document templates are included in every price. A MID meter comes with START and ZGRADA and is optional with WALLBOX (+10.000); with installation only, the charger is yours. Full breakdowns are on the Kits & pricing page. Cable to your spot, trunking, a wall passage or a new board are priced separately, at the assessment, before any work starts.
No. The kit price covers the equipment and basic installation next to the distribution board: up to 2 m of cable, RCD protection and breaker. If your spot is further from the board, we price the cable to your spot, trunking, a wall passage or a new board separately — at the assessment, before any work starts, so you know the amount in advance, not from the invoice.
Because it's a real site visit: we come within 72 hours, check the wiring, power and cable route, and you get an exact quote, not a guess over the phone. The full 2.990 RSD is credited toward the installation, so the assessment is practically free if you go ahead. And before that, you get a free rough estimate from photos of the board and the spot.
The installation itself — one working day. From application to first charge it usually takes less than 7 days if there is power in the garage; for a rented garage count on 1–2 weeks (the owner consent), for a building-assembly decision 4–10 weeks — the time goes into the procedure, not the works.
You do. You buy the kit once and it stays yours — the subscription is an optional service and you can cancel it whenever you like, and the equipment keeps working.
A European-certified 11 kW smart wallbox (OCPP) with a Type 2 connector — the standard used by every electric car and plug-in hybrid in Europe. In the START kit the charger is the cable that came with your car — we provide the reinforced socket, the protection and the metering so that cable works safely, every night.
You can: START works on a regular single-phase installation (2,3–3,7 kW), which gives 100–180 km of range overnight — enough for a week of city driving. WALLBOX 11 kW needs a three-phase connection; we check whether you have one during the assessment. Even if you don’t, START works without it and the wallbox can come later.
You do — and exactly as much as you have used. A certified MID meter on your line counts every kilowatt-hour, and the billing is made at the electricity price from the real EPS bill, with no mark-up whatsoever. The building and the neighbours pay nothing — and that is visible on paper, every month.
We do not sell electricity, and that is why no licence is needed. The electricity runs through the existing meter — yours, the meter of the garage owner or the meter of the building — and our MID meter only measures the consumption of the charger. That is cost pass-through: a recognised practice of reimbursement by actual consumption, with no mark-up. We charge for the equipment, the installation and the service — not for kilowatts.
Because every month you forward them a report document: the charger's consumption on the MID meter and the exact reimbursement, at the price on their EPS bill. The reimbursement goes with the rent — no guesswork and no arguments. That's why owners agree to this easily.
The night (lower) tariff with all the fees works out at about 4–7 RSD/kWh — against 70–91 RSD/kWh at public chargers. For 1.500 km a month (consumption 16 kWh/100 km) that is about 240 kWh: at home 1.000–1.700 RSD, at public chargers 17.000–22.000 RSD. That is why the kit pays for itself in 3–9 months — work out your own figure on the calculator.
No. The line runs from your meter (or from the meter of the garage owner, with the statement made out to them) — not from the shared one. And on top of that we set the wallbox to the power of your connection, so it does not trip the breakers for you or for anyone else.
Yes. Charging in a private garage or on your own parking spot isn't a public charging service — Article 210v of the Energy Law covers only chargers in public places. Reimbursing electricity by the meter is standard cost pass-through.
It depends. Your own garage with its own meter — the simplest case. A parking spot or garage in a building where the line runs through common areas — you need a decision of the building assembly, usually by a simple majority. A rented garage — the owner's consent is enough (we give you the template). In any case you get a template and a checklist; you (or the building manager) fill in and submit the papers.
Assemblies say “no” when nobody answers two questions: who pays for the electricity and who is responsible if something goes wrong. That's why the draft decision template answers them up front: certified MID metering, a technical description and clear rules on who pays. The 2024 garage fire-safety regulations don't prohibit charging and provide that a garage may have an EV charging area. When the answers are ready up front, the conversation is different.
From us: a technical description of the installation (what gets installed, cable route, power and metering), the installation and billing contract and, after installation, the as-built documentation. Templates you fill in: for the building assembly — a draft decision and an agenda item; for the owner of a rented garage — consent. Check the draft decision with the building manager before the meeting.
You, as the owner of the spot — or the building manager, if they lead that agenda item. We don't attend the meetings, but the template answers the questions that always come up: who pays for the electricity, how it's metered and who is responsible for the equipment.
Realistically 4–10 weeks: scheduling the meeting, the vote, the paperwork — then installation in one day. We can't skip the procedure or run it for you, but with the templates and checklist you know every step in advance.
Yes — when the wiring is purpose-built. The charger gets a separate line, RCD protection (Type A + DC) and certified equipment, and the installation follows the manufacturer's instructions and current standards. The 2024 garage fire-safety rules provide that a garage may include an area for charging electric vehicles.
Because a regular household socket isn't built for hours of continuous load: during long charging at 16 A the contacts and the cable heat up, and in old or badly done wiring the temperature can reach a dangerous level. Add voltage drop, a cable across the stairwell and electricity nobody meters — and a fight with the neighbours. A dedicated line settles all of that once and for all.
Licensed electricians with EV installation experience, following our standardised kit and checklist. The equipment is EU-certified, with service support in the EU.
You get a 2-year warranty on the equipment — and with the subscription the warranty lasts as long as the subscription. On top of that, subscribers get priority service visits within 72 hours.
In winter, some of the energy goes into warming the battery, so low-power charging is a bit slower — that's why we quote speeds honestly, for real conditions. The 11 kW WALLBOX keeps winter losses to a minimum, and before the season we do a winter check-up for subscribers.
Six concrete things: a monthly statement with a report document (for the garage owner or the building) · kit monitoring with alerts — we often know about a fault before you do · priority service visits within 72 hours · a winter check of the installation · extended equipment warranty while the subscription lasts · moving the kit when you move, or a handover to a new user within 72 hours.
It's optional with no contract commitment — cancel in any month. The kit works without it: you charge as usual, read the meter yourself and do your own billing. Without the subscription there is no automatic report, the warranty ends after the standard 2 years, and service visits follow regular scheduling instead of 72 hours.
From the day of the installation the subscription is free for 2 months — billing, statements and monitoring run at full strength so you can see what it is like. You pay only from the third month; if you cancel earlier, you owe nothing.
You can, up to 3 months a year — handy for a longer trip or the period between two cars. During the pause you pay nothing and the kit works normally; when you come back everything continues where it left off.
The car: the equipment works with every EV and plug-in hybrid (Type 2 standard) — you change the car, not the kit. Moving: with a subscription we transfer the kit to the new address, or hand it over to the next user of your garage — handover and re-linking of the billing within 72h.
