Once five residents from your building sign up, we assess the garage and prepare a quote for the whole building. Signing up doesn’t commit you to anything, and the page shows only the number of sign-ups.

Enter the address and leave your contact details. Once five residents of the building have signed up, we contact everyone to arrange a garage assessment.
You sign up the address and invite your neighbors; we do the assessment and installation and provide the templates for the residents’ assembly.
Enter the street, number and city, and leave your contact details. After signing up, you’ll see how many neighbors from your building have already signed up.
Send the link to your building’s Viber or WhatsApp group, or put up a notice on the bulletin board. Every sign-up from the same address raises the counter.
We assess the garage and the building’s power and prepare a quote for the whole building, with a price for each spot.
The residents and the building manager hold the assembly, using our templates and checklist. After the decision, installing one spot takes one working day, and a MID meter measures each spot’s consumption.
Chargers in the garage connect to a shared line: a sub-panel with load management and a cable running along the parking spaces. The participants pay for that line, so each spot’s share gets smaller the more of you there are.
That’s why we do the assessment and quote once five residents from the same building have signed up. It costs the building nothing: participants pay for their own spots and their part of the line, and for the electricity their chargers use by their own MID meters.
The examples apply when the distribution board is 10–30 m away. The price is per participant, incl. VAT: a spot with a MID meter plus their part of the shared line.

A reinforced socket or an 11 kW wallbox at your parking space, installation included.
A certified meter measures only your consumption. You don’t pay for your neighbors’ charging, and they don’t pay for yours.
The cost is calculated at the price on the building’s bill. We don’t sell electricity — we only measure it.
Templates for the draft decision, agenda item and answers to residents’ questions, plus a checklist and our technical description of the installation. You or the building manager fill them in and submit them.
After that, 990 RSD per month, only if you want it: a monthly statement, a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment.
It applies even if you don’t take the subscription.
If you’re a building manager or on the building council, you’ll find everything about the assembly, templates and electricity statements on the page for building managers.

No. Signing up just shows that you want a charger in the garage; you decide once you get a quote with the price for your spot.
You can sign up. Installing at your spot requires the owner’s consent; we provide the consent template, and the owner signs it.
Your sign-up stays on the list, and the counter goes up with every new sign-up from your address. Once there are five of you, we’ll get in touch to arrange the garage assessment.
No. The page shows only the number of sign-ups for the address — no names or contact details.
Including the residents’ assembly decision, the whole process takes 4–10 weeks, and installing one spot takes one working day. How long it takes to collect five sign-ups depends on your neighbors.
At the assessment we check where the line can be run from and how much power the building has. If a new connection or more power is needed, the building files the request with EDS, and we list the cost per the EDS price list as a separate line item in the quote.
After signing up, you get a link to share on Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram, plus a notice for the bulletin board. Every new sign-up from your address raises the counter.
