Chargers in your building’s garage are paid for only by the residents who want them, so it costs the building nothing. We provide templates for the residents’ assembly and install the charging spots, and participants pay for the electricity their chargers use by their own MID-certified meters, with no markup.

Without a proper line, charging comes down to extension cords run from apartments, and neighbors wonder who pays for that electricity. A shared line with a meter at every spot solves both problems.
Each participant gets a charging spot with a MID meter: a reinforced socket or an 11 kW wallbox, at the kit price.
We don’t sell electricity, we only measure it: participants pay for what their chargers use, by their own MID meters and at the price on the building’s bill.
The sub-panel distributes power among the chargers, so charging stays within the approved power of the building’s grid connection.
Other residents can connect to the same line later, without a new project.
The project costs the building nothing. Each resident who wants a charger pays for their own spot — 39.000 RSD for a reinforced socket or 104.000 RSD for an 11 kW wallbox, with a MID meter, incl. VAT — plus a share of the shared line: the sub-panel, the cable route and the as-built documentation. In the ZGRADA kit, a spot with its share of the line costs from 96.000 RSD. You get templates for the residents’ assembly with the quote.
The more participants, the smaller each spot’s share of the line. With 10 participants, for example, the shared line in a garage with up to 30 spaces costs about 414.000–863.000 RSD incl. VAT and is split among all ten. To estimate the price for your garage, use the charger price calculator.
Participants pay for the electricity their chargers use by their own MID meters. With a subscription of 990 RSD per month per spot, each participant gets a monthly statement in PDF and CSV showing the kWh used and the amount at the price on the building’s bill.
Assemblies say “no” when nobody answers who pays for the electricity and who is responsible for the equipment. That’s why the answers are already in the templates.
Their own charging spot with a MID meter. They pay for their spot and a share of the shared line, and for electricity by their own meter, with no markup.
Templates for the draft decision and the agenda item, plus our technical description of the installation. Participants report faults to us, not to the building manager.
Pay nothing. Participants pay for the spots and the line, and pay back the chargers’ electricity by their own meters.
0 RSD in costs. Other residents can join the same line later, without a new project.
With the quote you get our technical description of the installation, templates for the residents’ assembly and a step-by-step checklist. The initiator or the building manager fills in the templates and brings them to the assembly; we don’t represent the building, but we give you everything you need for that conversation.
Our document that comes with the quote: what gets installed, where the cable route runs, how much power is involved and how each spot’s consumption is measured.
A template of the decision on the shared charging line that you fill in with your building’s details. Before the meeting, the draft decision should be reviewed by the building manager and, if needed, a lawyer.
A short wording for the meeting notice, so residents know in advance what they’re deciding on.
Who pays, how electricity is measured and what happens if someone joins later or sells their apartment.
The examples are for a garage with up to 30 spaces and a distribution board 10–30 m from the garage. The price is per participant, incl. VAT: a spot with a MID meter plus their part of the shared line.
We work in Belgrade and its surroundings, Novi Sad and Vojvodina. Installing one spot takes one working day; the rest of the time mostly depends on convening the residents’ assembly.
Residents collect sign-ups for their address, or the building manager writes to us directly. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Send us photos of the garage and the distribution board, along with the bill for the building’s common electricity. Based on these, we give you an estimated price per spot.
We check the distribution board, the approved power and the route to the parking spot. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
You get the exact price per participant and the timeline, along with the technical description of the installation and the assembly templates.
After the decision, we install the spots and put them into operation. With a subscription, a statement for each spot arrives every month.
Residents can collect sign-ups for their building: each person leaves the address, and a counter shows how many sign-ups have come in, without names or contact details. Once five residents have signed up, we assess the garage and prepare a quote for the whole building.

No. Only participating residents pay for their spot and their part of the shared line, and they pay for the electricity their chargers use by their own MID meters.
The Law on Housing and Building Maintenance requires a majority of the votes of those present for ordinary decisions, and two-thirds of all votes for disposing of common parts of the building. Which majority applies depends on exactly what is being decided; before the meeting, the draft decision should be reviewed by the building manager and, if needed, a lawyer.
Often nothing needs to be increased, because load management distributes the existing power among the chargers. If an increase is needed after all, you file the request with EDS, and we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup from us, so you know the total; the participants split it.
The line is extended without a new project. Anyone who joins later pays for their own spot and the connection to the existing line.
We’re responsible for the equipment: the warranty lasts 2 years, and participants report faults to us, not to the building manager. With a subscription, they get a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment.
Participants pay for the electricity their chargers use by their own MID meters, at the price on the building’s bill and with no markup. How they pay the amount back to the building is set out in the assembly decision, and the monthly statement for each spot comes with the subscription.
The charging spot can stay with the apartment and pass to the new owner, and we transfer the statements to their name. If the resident wants to take the charger with them, we arrange the move separately.
Leave your contact details and a few words about the property — we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a rough estimate and a proposal for an on-site assessment.
