What an EV charger costs for a building, hotel or business
A spot with a reinforced socket costs 39.000 RSD, and one with an 11 kW wallbox costs 104.000 RSD — both with a MID-certified meter, incl. VAT and basic installation next to the distribution board. The calculator adds the shared infrastructure for your property and shows an estimated range.
The price has four parts
The calculator adds up the price of the spots and the shared infrastructure. In an apartment building, the participants split the cost of the line; in a new build, the price is calculated per prepared space.
Charging spot
The price of a spot is the kit price: 39.000 RSD for a reinforced socket or 104.000 RSD for an 11 kW wallbox, both with a MID meter, incl. VAT. Basic installation next to the distribution board is included: up to 2 m of cable, RCD protection and a breaker.
Shared infrastructure
A sub-panel with surge protection and load management, a cable route from the distribution board, a line with junction boxes along the spaces if needed, the design and the installation inspection. Not needed for 1–2 spots next to the distribution board.
EDS grid connection
If the property doesn’t have enough power, you file the request for an increase or new connection with EDS, the grid operator, and we list the cost per its price list as a separate line item with no markup from us. Load management often makes this unnecessary.
Subscription per spot
990 RSD per month incl. VAT, first 2 months 0 RSD, no contract lock-in. It includes a monthly statement based on the MID meter (PDF and CSV), a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment; the kit works without it too.
What’s not included
The estimate covers the charging spots, installation and shared infrastructure. The following items depend on the property and, when needed, are listed separately in the quote:
- Power increase or new grid connection: you pay EDS, the grid operator, per its price list; you file the request, and we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total
- Excavation and asphalt work outside the building
- Fees of the authorities, where required — the property owner files the application; we provide the technical description of the works
- Repairs to the existing wiring, if the site assessment finds it faulty

Common questions about the estimate
How accurate is the estimate?
The calculation is an estimate: it uses kit prices and typical infrastructure costs for the data you entered. The exact price comes in the quote after an on-site assessment, which costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
Why is the price given as a range?
The price of a spot is fixed, but the cost of the shared infrastructure depends on the length and path of the cable route, which only become clear on site. The lower end applies to shorter routes, the upper end to longer ones.
What is basic installation?
It’s the charger on the wall next to the existing distribution board, our sub-panel or a junction box on the line: up to 2 m of cable, RCD protection and a breaker. It’s included in the kit price. A longer cable to the spot, cable ducts, a wall passage or a new board are priced at the site assessment, before work starts.
Is VAT included?
All prices on this page include VAT. The calculator also shows the amount excluding VAT.
Why is the price per spot in a building lower when more of you join?
The participants pay for the shared line, so its cost is split among more people. With five participants, a socket spot costs about 99.000–159.000 RSD; with twenty, 96.000 RSD — the lowest price for a spot in the ZGRADA kit.
