A company car charges where it’s parked: at night at the employee’s home, during the day in the company parking lot. We install a charger with a MID-certified meter at every spot, and with a subscription the company gets a monthly per-spot consumption statement for its accounting.

Most of the subsidies for buying electric vehicles in 2025 went to companies and sole proprietors: 773 of about 980 (Bloomberg Adria, April 28, 2026).
At night, a company car is parked at the employee’s home anyway. It charges there at the electricity rate on that address’s bill and is ready to drive in the morning.
Without a separate meter, the household bill doesn’t show how much electricity went into the company car and how much into the home. That’s why we install a charger with a MID meter at every spot: it measures that spot’s consumption, so the company sees the exact cost per address in its statement.

The statement is part of the subscription at 990 RSD per month per spot, and the first 2 months are 0 RSD.
For each spot: kWh and the amount at that address’s electricity rate. The same data is also in your Moj Evolako account.
The PDF is a document for your accounting records, and the CSV imports into accounting software. Agree with your accountant on how the reimbursement is booked and taxed.
Spots at employees’ homes and in the company parking lot are on the same statement, each with its own meter.
For cars that stay in the lot during the workday, we install an 11 kW wallbox with a MID meter. Load management distributes power between the spots, so several chargers can often run on the existing grid connection.
For one or two spots next to the distribution board, the kit’s basic installation is enough. For larger parking lots and garages, see the page on chargers for parking garages.
The MID meter measures electricity at the charging spot, not in the car. If the employee’s own car or a family member’s car also charges at the same spot, the statement can’t tell them apart.
So agree with the employee in advance on who may charge at that spot. The only clean way to separate consumption is a second spot with its own MID meter.
At an employee’s home, a spot is priced as a kit. For several spots in the company parking lot, shared infrastructure is added. All prices include VAT.
We work in Belgrade and its surroundings, Novi Sad and Vojvodina.
Send us the number of vehicles and the cities where your employees live, and tell us whether you also need charging in the company parking lot. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
We give an estimated price for each address based on photos of the spot and the distribution board.
We check the distribution board and the route to the spot at each address. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
Prices per address and timelines come in one quote for the whole company.
Installing one spot takes one working day. After that, with a subscription, the company gets a per-spot statement every month.

Agree on the reimbursement method and tax treatment with your accountant. We provide the data: a monthly per-spot statement with kWh and the amount at that address’s electricity rate.
A line through a shared garage needs the authorization of the residents’ assembly, and a rented garage needs the owner’s consent. For both we provide templates (a draft decision and the owner’s consent), which the building or the owner signs; with an assembly decision the whole process takes 4–10 weeks, and in a rented garage 1–2 weeks.
The equipment can move to the new driver’s address or stay at the old one, if the company and the employee agree to that. We move the statement to the new spot and tell you the timing and cost of the move in advance.
The wallbox has a Type 2 connector, the European charging standard used by almost all electric cars and plug-in hybrids on our market. We check the car model before installation.
A reinforced socket gives up to about 180 km overnight. An 11 kW wallbox fills even an empty car overnight, so we suggest it for vehicles that drive more than that in a day. Both come with a MID meter and go into the same statement.
Yes. The statement has a line for each spot and arrives as one document for the whole company, in PDF and CSV.
We do, for cars that stay parked during the workday. The calculator shows an estimated price for your parking lot.
