Documents and inspection
The quote comes with a technical description of the works; licensed electricians do the installation and hand over the as-built documentation, and a licensed company checks the shared installation.
Rental garage: one spot for 39.000 RSD
If you rent out a garage, a tenant with an electric car only needs the START kit: a reinforced socket with a MID meter and basic installation next to the distribution board, 39.000 RSD incl. VAT. It delivers 2,3–3,7 kW, which gives up to about 180 km overnight.
You get documentation of the completed work, and the meter shows how much the tenant has used, so you bill the electricity together with the rent, with no markup. The whole process takes 1–2 weeks.
Price examples for garages and parking lots
Each spot costs the same as a kit. Shared infrastructure — a sub-panel with load management, the cable route, boxes, as-built documentation and an installation check — is priced per property.
- Power increase or new grid connection: you pay EDS, the grid operator, per its price list; you file the request, and we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total
- Excavation and asphalt work outside the building

On-site assessment
We check the distribution board, the approved power and the route, and suggest how many spots to prepare in advance. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
Quote with exact price and timeline
The quote sets out how many spots get chargers and how many are prepared, how access works and how users pay.
Installation and statements
Licensed electricians do the installation and hand over the documentation of the completed work. With a subscription, a per-spot statement arrives every month.

Do we need to increase the power of our grid connection?
Often not, because load management distributes the existing power across all the chargers. If an increase is needed after all, you file the request with EDS, the grid operator, and pay per its price list; we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total.
How is electricity split between users?
Each spot has its own MID meter, and with a subscription you get a per-spot statement every month. Based on it, you re-invoice each user for their own consumption.
How many spots should we prepare in advance?
One for each electric car you expect over the next few years; we suggest a number at the site assessment. A prepared spot has a cable route and a junction box, and the charger is added when a user asks for one.
Can charging be billed together with parking?
Charging can be included in the parking fee or rent, or billed separately by the MID meter. Novi Sad, for example, has set a price of 500 RSD per hour for parking and charging together at city parking lots with 11 kW chargers. We agree on the billing method in the quote.
Who maintains the chargers?
We do. The warranty is 2 years and applies without a subscription too; with a subscription, you get a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment.
Do chargers need a permit?
Under the current rulebook on special types of works (Official Gazette RS 87/2023 and amendments), installing chargers requires a decision approving the works under Art. 145 of the Law on Planning and Construction. At the assessment we tell you exactly what applies to your property; we provide the technical description of the works and the as-built documentation, and the property owner obtains the approval, if one is needed.
