In a car park with a barrier, cars stay for hours or days, so slow charging is enough and more spots fit on the existing grid connection. Every spot gets a charger on a pedestal and a MID meter, so you know how much each car used.

For private car parks with a barrier and an attendant — near airports, bus and train stations and in city centers.
Drivers leave the car for a few days while they travel, and when they get back, the battery is full.
Residents of the area without a garage and staff from nearby companies: the car stays with you overnight and is full in the morning.
Visitors who stay the whole working day top up while they’re in town, and you bill it as an extra service.
Guests and visitors who stay for hours charge their car while they’re with you.

A car parked overnight gets up to about 180 km from a reinforced socket, and a full battery over a longer stay. More of these spots fit on the existing grid connection.
Outdoors, we mount the charger on a pedestal next to the parking spot and run the cables along a fence or wall or through a trench.
The meter records kWh at every spot, so you know exactly how much each car used.
The booth at the barrier usually has a small grid connection. The chargers share the available power, and if it isn’t enough, the quote proposes a power increase.
The wallbox works with a card the attendant hands out with the parking ticket, or openly, for anyone parked in that spot.
With a subscription, every month you get a PDF and CSV with kWh per spot, as the basis for invoicing users and for your books.
You can include charging in the parking price, offer it with a daily or monthly ticket, or bill it separately by the MID meter. Novi Sad, for example, has set a price of 500 RSD per hour for parking and charging together at city parking lots with 11 kW chargers.
Electricity is subject to 20% VAT, and payments from individuals are recorded through a fiscal device. How to show charging on the receipt and in your books is a question for your accountant.
Each spot costs the same as the kit. Pedestals, the distribution cabinet with load management, the cable route, paperwork and the installation check are priced per car park; in the calculator, choose “Open-air car park”.
Send us the number of spots, the city, and whether the car park is daily, monthly or for longer trips. We reply within 48 hours.
Based on photos of the car park, the booth and the distribution board, plus an electricity bill, we give you a rough price.
We check the approved power, the route to the spots and the ground surface, and suggest where to place the posts. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
The quote covers the number of spots with chargers, the pedestals and cable route, access and billing.
Licensed electricians do the installation and hand over the documentation of the completed work. With a subscription, a per-spot statement arrives every month.

For a car parked overnight or for several days, yes: even a reinforced socket adds up to about 180 km overnight. The 11 kW wallbox is for shorter stays. A fast DC charger is a separate project with a new grid connection, available on request.
Often not, because load management shares the available power among all the chargers, and cars that stay a long time have time to charge even more slowly. If there still isn’t enough power, you file the request for a power increase or new connection with EDS, the grid operator, and pay per its price list; we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total.
The wallbox has a Type 2 connector, the European charging standard used by almost all electric cars and plug-in hybrids on our market. A reinforced socket requires the driver’s own portable charger, so it suits regular users better.
Works and posts require the landowner’s consent, which you obtain. We check what else applies to your car park, especially if it’s on public land, before the quote.
Under the current rulebook on special types of works (Official Gazette RS 87/2023 and amendments), installing chargers requires a decision approving the works under Art. 145 of the Law on Planning and Construction. At the assessment we tell you exactly what applies to your property; we provide the technical description of the works and the as-built documentation, and the property owner obtains the approval, if one is needed.
We do. The warranty is 2 years and applies without a subscription too; with a subscription, you get a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment.
Leave your contact details and a few words about the property — we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with a rough estimate and a proposal for an on-site assessment.
