EV charging for hotel and vacation rental guests
A guest who arrives in the evening and leaves in the morning only needs an 11 kW wallbox. We install chargers with a MID meter at every spot and load management, and the quote comes with a technical description of the works.
For overnight guests, 11 kW is enough
Guests park in the evening and leave after breakfast, and in that time an 11 kW wallbox fills even an empty battery. A fast DC charger isn’t needed here.
A 22 kW charger makes sense where cars stay 1–3 hours and can accept 22 kW themselves. Pricing for 22 kW and DC is available on request.
A charger is also a reason for guests to choose your hotel: booking sites have a filter for places to stay with EV charging.

Load management
When the kitchen and air conditioning run at full power, the chargers temporarily reduce their output, and the rest of the hotel runs normally.
Guests only or open to all
The wallbox works with a card that guests get at reception, or it’s open to anyone who parks.
Statements and service with a subscription
A monthly per-spot statement in PDF and CSV, a reply within 48 hours, priority service and an annual check of the installation and equipment.
Vacation rentals and villas
For 1–2 spots next to an existing distribution board, you pay the kit price: 104.000 RSD for an 11 kW wallbox with a MID meter or 39.000 RSD for a reinforced socket, incl. VAT and basic installation. A longer cable to the spot is priced at the site assessment.
Outdoor parking
The charger stands on a pedestal next to the spot. Excavation and asphalt work are not included in the price.
Price per spot and shared infrastructure
Each spot costs the same as a kit. For more spots or a distant distribution board, shared infrastructure is added: a sub-panel with load management, the cable route, as-built documentation and an installation check.
- Power increase or new grid connection: you pay EDS, the grid operator, per its price list; you file the request, and we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total
- Excavation and asphalt work outside the building
- Fees of the authorities, where required — the property owner files the application; we provide the technical description of the works
- Repairs to the existing wiring, if the site assessment finds it faulty

Consultation and rough estimate
Based on photos of the distribution board and the parking area, plus an electricity bill, we give you an estimated price.
On-site assessment
We check the distribution board, the approved power and the route to the parking spot. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
Quote with exact price and timeline
The quote also covers how to charge guests. If a power increase is needed, you file the request with EDS, and we list the cost as a separate line item.
Installation and statements
Licensed electricians do the installation and hand over the documentation of the completed work. With a subscription, a per-spot statement arrives every month.

Is 11 kW enough?
For guests who stay the night, 11 kW is enough: a wallbox fills even an empty battery overnight.
Do we need a fast (DC) charger?
Not if your guests stay overnight. A DC charger is a separate project with a new grid connection and makes sense where cars stop only briefly; pricing is available on request.
How do we bill guests for charging?
Charging can be a service at no extra charge, part of the parking or room rate, or a separate item on the bill. We agree on how guests pay as part of the quote.
Who pays for the electricity, and how much?
You do, on your own bill, because the chargers are on the hotel’s grid connection. We don’t sell electricity: the MID meter measures consumption per spot, so you calculate the charging cost at the rate on your own bill.
What if the hotel doesn’t have enough power?
Load management often makes it possible to work with the existing grid connection. If an increase is needed after all, you file the request with EDS, the grid operator, and pay per its price list; we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total.
How long does installation take?
We install one spot in one working day, and the deadline for the whole job goes into the quote. Under the current rulebook on special types of works (Official Gazette RS 87/2023 and amendments), installing chargers requires a decision approving the works under Art. 145 of the Law on Planning and Construction. At the assessment we tell you exactly what applies to your property; we provide the technical description of the works and the as-built documentation, and the property owner obtains the approval, if one is needed.
