A buyer who lives in an apartment wants to know where they’ll charge the car before buying it. Your salesperson can then give them a concrete answer: the kit price and a contact for the assessment, quote and installation.
We get in touch with the buyer you refer within 48 hours, assess their garage or parking space and send an exact quote. They can get the quote even before signing the contract for the car.
When the cable runs through common areas of the building, a decision by the residents’ assembly is required. We provide a draft decision template for it, and the residents make the decision. We describe how this works in practice on the page about chargers for apartment buildings.

Prices for the buyer: kits with installation and a MID meter
The kit price includes VAT and basic installation next to the distribution board: up to 2 m of cable, RCD protection and a breaker. If the spot is farther from the board, the cable, cable ducts, a wall passage or a new board are priced at the site assessment, before work starts.
- Power increase or new grid connection: you pay EDS, the grid operator, per its price list; you file the request, and we list the cost in the quote as a separate line item with no markup, so you know the total
- Excavation and asphalt work outside the building
- Fees of the authorities, where required — the property owner files the application; we provide the technical description of the works
- Repairs to the existing wiring, if the site assessment finds it faulty
How we work
Here’s how it works for a buyer you refer.
Referral
Your salesperson gives the buyer our contact details or, with the buyer’s consent, sends us their number.
We get in touch within 48 hours
We ask where the buyer parks and request photos of the distribution board and an electricity bill.
On-site assessment
We check the distribution board and the route to the spot. The assessment costs 2.990 RSD and is credited toward the installation.
Exact quote
The buyer gets an exact price and timeline and, if they live in an apartment building, templates for the residents’ assembly.
Installation
We install one spot in one working day. In an apartment building, including the residents’ assembly decision, the whole process takes 4–10 weeks.

How much does it cost the buyer?
The START kit with a reinforced socket costs 39.000 RSD and the WALLBOX 11 kW kit with a MID meter 104.000 RSD, both incl. VAT and basic installation next to the distribution board. The buyer gets the exact price, including any cable to the spot, after the site assessment and before installation.
What if the buyer lives in an apartment building?
If the cable runs through common areas of the building, the residents’ assembly has to decide, so the whole process takes 4–10 weeks; we provide the templates for the assembly. When several residents join, the cost of the shared line is split, so the BUILDING kit costs from 96.000 RSD per spot incl. VAT.
Is a socket enough for the buyer, or do they need a wallbox?
A reinforced socket adds up to about 180 km of range overnight, while an 11 kW wallbox fills even an empty battery. At the site assessment, we recommend what suits the buyer’s car and driving.
How does the partnership work?
Your salesperson gives the buyer our contact details or, with the buyer’s consent, sends us their number, and we take over the site assessment, quote and installation. We agree on partnership terms with each dealership individually.
Do you work outside Belgrade and Novi Sad?
We work in Belgrade and its surroundings, Novi Sad and Vojvodina. For buyers from other places, write to us and we’ll tell you whether we can help.
